We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the team behind the scenes that’s helping to make the Blogalicious magic happen:

Xina Eiland, Publicity Director. Xina, President of The Eiland Group, is a connected and accomplished PR professional who truly believes in the Blogalicious movement.  She works with well-known clients and events, from the National Council of Negro Women to Ford Motor Company’s Freedom Sisters Fund to TEDx.  We have Xina to thank for the countless interviews, media placements and media partnership opportunities that come our way! And we know we owe her big time for putting up with our, um, strong-willed personalities. Follow her on Twitter: @xeiland

Jazmine Jones, Operations Manager. Her resume may say Events and Marketing Concierge, but to us Jazzy is a lifesaver. Period.  She gets it done! And she does it all in between her travel jaunts to and fro’, to boot.  She is a lover of new adventures, food and wine and writes her own blog Travel Jonez (the name is brilliant, yes?) For a dose of her hilarious one-liners, follow her on Twitter: @traveljonez

Leticia Barr, BeMOREBlogalicious Coordinator.  In addition to being a family Internet safety & security expert, social media consultant, regular columnist on’s Tech Savvy Parents, Savvy Source Washington, D.C. editor, dog owner, car enthusiast, and an avid gardener, Leticia also helps companies connect to the Blogalicious community for year-round campaigns with our influencers. And she likes bon bons. Follow her and her whirlwind travels on Twitter: @TechSavvyMama

Melanie Edwards, Blogalicious 2012 Director of Content Melanie is the publisher of ModernMami™.com, an award-winning lifestyle blog from the perspective of a Latina working mother.  She has been blogging about parenting and life balance since 2006 and is the Owner of Ella Media – a company connecting businesses with today’s digital Latina.  Melanie is a blogging rockstar and is regularly courted by brands.  Follow her Twitter to figure out how she does it “all”: @ModernMami

Find her on Facebook (We will get her on Twitter forthwith.)

Krystal graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in English and completed her Master‘s degree from Georgia State University in Educational Leadership. She enjoys reading and is working on publishing her first novel. Krystal is shamefully addicted to reality TV and wants to be adopted by Oprah Winfrey. In her spare time she can be found in the drive thru of a local fast food establishment. Aside from stalking celebrities (more specifically, Denzel Washington) she blogs at She has also been known to do a cartwheel or two for us. Just sayin’. Follow her on Twitter: @KrystalGrant

Michele McGraw, My Blogalicious Technical Director Michele is a 42 year old work-at-home mother of four children (ages 6 through 14). She met her husband, Jason, in a chat room on AOL 17 years ago. They have now been married for 16 years and they live in Northern Virginia. For the last 13+ years, Michele has been helping women find support online for their hobbies and interests.  Michele is CEO of Mom Geek Media and creator of, a blog offering daily commentary, advice, reviews and shared experiences of how her real life and the digital domain connect.  Michele’s motto is “Digital, not diamonds and gadgets, not gold.”  She has also saved our hides on more than one occasion and doesn’t even ignore our “HELP MICHELE WE ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE BLOG!” emails. We love her for this.  Follow her on Twitter: @ScrappinMichele

Joe Ferguson, Web Developer and Head of Conference Security JoeFerg is a Senior Software Architect and a certified ColdFusion Developer with over 10 years experience developing web-based applications, software programs, and database schemas.  What that means for us is that we can basically depend on him to create, maintain and fix any website, database or coding project that we have screwed up on our own.  While he is an avid basketball player and a former cornerback for a Division 1 College football team (GO GATORS), his biggest claim to fame is being married to @JusticeFergie.  For incessant updates about Miami, the Miami Heat and more about Miami, follow him on Twitter: @TheRealJoeFerg

Stacey Ferguson, Chief Curator Stacey, also known as Justice Fergie, is an avid blogger, event producer, social media personality, public speaker and freelance writer. The recovering technology lawyer and mother of three began her blogging career in 2006, and today inspires her readers to celebrate the everyday at Life IS the Party on and through her {re}Treat Yourself lifestyle event series. Her biggest claim to fame is most likely as Chief Curator of the Be Blogalicious community and conferences celebrating diversity among women in social media.  Stacey is a vlogger personality for SheKnows’ Mommalogues, was named as a Babble Top 50 Twitter Mom in 2011, and has lent her social media expertise to events everywhere from MediaBistro’s Social Media Marketing Bootcamp to the BlogHer conferences and beyond.  She can talk to you about reality TV all day, is plagued with an abundance of new ideas on a daily basis, and derives her boundless energy from gummy bears.  Follow her on Twitter: @JusticeFergie
